To mobilize, create and promote youth groups to reduce vulnerability and dependency among young people.

To organize and provide tools for self-sufficiency and sustainability in distressed communities and respond to the basic human needs of families and the community particularly the children and youth.

Raise intense awareness on HIV/AIDs on what to do, how to manage counseling, stamping out stigmatization and discrimination, wiping out revenge syndrome, the importance of retroviral drugs, campaigns for more centers in local communities and free drugs for all.

To encourage and promote viable self-help initiatives of the vulnerable groups marginalized families and individuals to improve their capacity of self-reliance.

To offer services to vulnerable communities particularly, the children, women, youth, aged PHAs and disabled who suffer from the effects of poverty, natural disaster, war, and diseases.

To promote, conduct and encourage research/surveys and the collect plus dissemination of statistical and other information on all matters concerning their interest, to all authorities and donors with interest toward them.

To eliminate all forms of discrimination based on gender, race, age and political affiliation and in particular uplift the economic and social status of young people and youth to enjoy their fundament human rights.

To establish offices and affiliate or cooperate with organization in Uganda or elsewhere undertaking such programs or similar objects and other activities and services as may advance the objects of the organization and of all acts that may be conductive to and incidental to the attainment of the above objectives.

To purchase, take on lease, or exchange, hire or otherwise acquire real or personal property and rights or privileges in any part of the world, which the association may think necessary or for the promotion of its objects and to construct, maintain and alter any buildings or erections necessary, convenient or fitted to the work of the organization.

To sell, let mortgage dispose of all or any part of asset of the organization as may be thought expedient with the view of furthering of objects and to obtain/accept gifts, donations, grants and loans in form of liquid money, real or movable and immovable property for the benefit of the organization.
